myEportfolio is a collection of materials that you will need to update and maintain throughout your time at University and during your working life. It will be available to you even after you leave Victoria University, as your career evolves. You will be able to collate and share selected sections of your portfolio with future employers, organisations or individuals anywhere in the world.

Using your portfolio in the final stages of the selection process gives you an additional opportunity to market yourself and gain the edge over other candidates.

myEportfolio gives you the opportunity to store evidence in an innovative way to show the development of your Core Graduate Attributes and professional skills. Not only can you store your resume, certificates, references and other written documents, you can also show your skills in more dynamic ways, using other forms of media, such as video clips, photos, audio files and websites. • Use the myEportfolio login buttons at the top of this page (enter your Identification Number and password)
• For students, the access details should follow the format below:
  Student ID / Staff ID: ddddddd (The 7 digits of the student ID without the prefix s)
  Password: email password
• For staff, the access details should follow the format below:
  Student ID / Staff ID: staffid (the digits of the Staff Identification number)
  Password: LDAP email password
• When you are finished using Portfolio you must logout by clicking the logout link in the upper right corner.
• Close all browser windows.

• myEportfolio must only be used for the storage of University/Career-related evidence. It is not a storage space for personal music files, videos or other non-related material.
• Each student will have a 20-Megabytes storage limit.
• Storage of inappropriate or offensive material - whether directed against organisations, groups or individuals - is not permitted.
• myEportfolio is your private collection of materials that cannot be accessed by other people without your permission.
• Stored evidence of group activities must acknowledge all names of group members.
